Cessna 150 buy-in proposal

I am looking for 4-5 people willing to enter into a fractional ownership of a Cessna 150 for around $15,000-$24,000. An LLC would be formed, through which all costs (besides fuel) including annual, maintenance, hangar, oil, etc will be contributed to equally. My goal is to use this aircraft as a cheap time-builder that sips only 6 gallons of fuel an hour. Entry costs range between $3,750 to $6,000 for four, or $3,000 to $4,800 for five participants. Each pilot would be required to carry his or her own insurance.
